This course explores factors causing today’s increasing epidemic of tooth erosion, including:
1) Understanding the dramatic increase in soda pop consumption
2) Learn the affects of acidic foods on tooth structure
3) Understand the role of dry mouth syndrome in tooth erosion
4) Become aware of how medical conditions and eating disorders increase the risk of demineralization
